Three new models of the Czech manufacturer Skoda will arrive on the Romanian market next year, one being electric. The Skoda Enyaq electric SUV will be the first to launch in May.
Then will follow the Skoda Kodiaq facelift and Skoda Fabia models, Skoda Romania representatives told wall-street.ro.
Skoda Enyaq
The Skoda Enyaq iV 60 model has an electric motor located on the rear and 180 hp. The battery is 62 kWh and offers a range of up to 390 kilometers (WLTP). This is the first Czech rear-wheel drive model available. It will be available from May. The first ŠKODA model built on the Volkswagen Group’s modular electrification platform (MEB) will be available in a special “Founder’s Edition” version limited to 1895 units.
Skoda Kodiaq facelift
From June, the Skoda Kodiaq facelift will be available in Romania. Currently, the model costs between 26,000 and 42,000 euros with VAT. The Czechs have prepared only small changes both in the front of Kodiaq and in the back. Skoda Fabia
The new generation Skoda Fabia will be available on the market from November 2021. Most likely, the new Skoda Fabia will be available only with gasoline engines.
